Come celebrate with us on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Riverwind Casino.

Reception: 6 p.m.

Dinner: 7 p.m.

Live Auction Begins: 8 p.m.

Serving as the Chamber's major fundraising event, the Annual Auction features fun entertainment, delicious food and great networking. This year's event will feature tasty bites from around the world. You can bid on an abundance of items during the silent auction and amazing live auction items throughout the evening. 

Individual tickets are $100. Table sponsorships are available starting at $250.

Silent Auction App Download:

1. The Handbid App can be accessed on your phone or via browser on your desktop or tablet through this link: https://events.handbid.com/auctions/2025-bids-and-bites-from-around-the-world/items 
2. If you do not have HANDBID installed on your phone, please go to your phone’s App Store and search for and download the free app.
3. After you have downloaded the app, click the LOGIN text link. Wait for app to log you in and bring you into the auction. You may be prompted to reset or create a password. Follow the prompts to do so.
4. The menu in upper left corner contains your profile & invoice information. Be sure to upload your credit card info so you will be ready to PAY DIRECTLY FROM YOUR PHONE. When the silent auction closes, select menu in upper left corner to view and pay your invoice. You must be able to show your paid status to Chamber staff in order to pick up your package at the event or the day after.
5. Once logged in and set up, SEARCH for “Norman” to find our auction or scan the QR code to go straight to the auction.
6. START BROWSING OR BIDDING on the auction items. In the app, swipe left or right to across the top of the screen to access the different categories & items.
