Summary:

Marketing coordinator develops.' maintains marketing systems and records, produces proposals, and assists with other sales.' public relations materials. Develops and maintains marketing systems/ records and coordinates the marketing team. Produces proposals by coordinating proposal7presentation preparation, including scheduling project milestones and reviews, and working with project managers to ensure that quality material is submitted and delivered. Edits, coordinates, and helps write proposals, brochures, and other sales/public relations material.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing -

1. Coordination, writing, editing and production of statements of qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials/related activities for potential opportunities. 

2. Compose narrative for marketing materials such as proposals and collateral using creative and persuasive writing skills. 

3. Create concepts for and coordinate production of collateral materials (i.e., capability statements, company profile, qualifications, etc. 

4. Assists in research of target markets and clients as directed. 

5. Gather, format, and maintain accurate, up-to-date firm marketing information including staff bios/resumes, reference information, project descriptions/information, consultant/vendor information, and other information for marketing purposes.

6. Update HubSpot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with project and proposal information on an as directed basis  

Social Media - 

1. Weekly social media accounts updates/postings 

2. Maintain company website and may assist in redesign as needed. 

3. Work closely with Principal to develop key pursuit strategies and prospects.

4. Manage photography of projects and staff 

Qualifications 

  • 1. AEC industry experience preferred. 

  • 2. A bachelor's degree in marketing, Architecture, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field. 

  • 3. 3-5 years of related experience, preferably within A/E/C Industry, but not required. 

  • 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, clients.
