Annual Auction

Description

Come celebrate and tailgate with us on Thursday, October 1, from 6 to 9 p.m.

We are changing up our playbook this year... and are excited to offer a safe and spectacular Annual Auction! We will be hosting small, safe tailgating parties where you will enjoy food, drink, tailgating, and an online auction experience like no other. 

Both the LIVE and silent auctions will be online, plus we will go LIVE to each tailgating party during the evening.

Or, if you prefer to participate from home and NOT attend a tailgating party, you can still enjoy the tailgating food, drink, and fun online auction experience.

There are still top sponsorships available, plus individual tickets are $50.

Sponsorships available are:

• MVP Sponsor - $1250
  • Listed as MVP Sponsor on website, program, and on PowerPoint featured throughout the evening; logo on tailgate party signage; 10 attendees at a tailgating party; company recognized in press release, Chamber eMinder, and other promotional materials developed by the Chamber.
• Silent Auction Sponsor - $1000
  • Listed as Silent Auction Sponsor on website, program, and on PowerPoint featured throughout the evening; logo featured on silent auction items signage; logo on tailgate party signage; 2 attendees at a tailgating party; company recognized in press release, Chamber eMinder, and other promotional materials developed by the Chamber.
• Touchdown Sponsor - $1000
  • Listed as Touchdown Sponsor on website, program, and on PowerPoint featured throughout the evening; 8 attendees at a tailgating party; company recognized in press release, Chamber eMinder, and other promotional materials developed by the Chamber.
• Field Goal Sponsor - $500
  • Listed as Field Goal Sponsor on website, program, and on PowerPoint featured throughout the evening; 4 attendees at a tailgating party; company recognized in press release, Chamber eMinder, and other promotional materials developed by the Chamber.
• Extra Point Sponsor - $250
  • Listed as Extra Point Sponsor on website, program, and on PowerPoint featured throughout the evening; 2 attendees at a tailgating party; company recognized in press release, Chamber eMinder, and other promotional materials developed by the Chamber.

Individual Tickets - $50 each

• The individual ticket holders will be assigned to one of the tailgate parties or they can opt to login privately from home and watch the event LIVE and bid on live and silent auction items. They may also pick up an individually-packaged tailgating pack to enjoy from home!

Attendees have the option to attend an assigned tailgating party or participate/bid from home.
