Jay Johnson is a United States Air Force veteran and the owner of J2 Servant Leadership, LLC. He is an author, motivational speaker, trainer, consultant, and coach who is passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve extraordinary results in both their professional and personal lives.

Jay’s clients include executives, business owners, and professionals in Fortune 100 companies, as well as small businesses across various industries in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. He specializes in mindset development and helps people and teams build interpersonal skills critical to success, including leadership, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and teamwork. Jay is also a certified change manager and a skilled strategic planner.

Jay has the pleasure of serving as a trainer and coach for several chambers of commerce leadership programs, including The Chamber – Schertz, Cibolo, and Selma; the Seguin Chamber of Commerce; and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce. In addition to leading his own business, Jay serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for The Chamber – Schertz, Cibolo, Selma, and the surrounding area (San Antonio, TX). He is also the leadership coach and trainer for a youth leadership program for the City of Schertz - Parks and Recreation Department.

Jay holds an undergraduate degree with a concentration in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a graduate degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.

Originally from Lawton, Oklahoma, Jay and his fiancée, Shari, divide their time between their homes in San Antonio and Norman, Oklahoma.
