Sunday, October 25, 2026 1:00–4:00 PM Campus Corner | Norman, Oklahoma FREE ADMISSION! Here’s what’s waiting for you: 🎃 Trick-or-treating throughout Campus Corner 🏆 Costume contests — costumes encouraged for kids, adults AND dogs! 🏰 Bounce houses & fun in the Kid’s Zone 🎪 Carnival Row filled with games and activities 🐶 Adoptable dogs from 405 Animal Rescue looking for their forever homes 🍬 Treats, photo ops, Halloween fun & more! And the fun is for a great cause! Proceeds from Howl-O-Ween will benefit 405 Animal Rescue and the incredible work they do rescuing, fostering, and finding loving homes for animals in need.
